Billy Carlson, owner, has made personal service his top priority since he founded his full service residential heating and air conditioning company in 2000 after working for 18 years with his father in the former family business, Carlson Fuel Oil.

When Billy Carlson Heating & A/C, LLC first started in business, there was one employee and Billy worked out of his home based office. Today the company is located at 217 Berlin Avenue in Southington, Connecticut and has grown to six licensed and experienced employees offering top-notch service including 24-hour emergency service.

Billy Carlson Heating & A/C, LLC specializes in the installation of new home heating and air conditioning systems including Energy Star products. The company also installs heat pumps, hot water heaters, oil tanks, air cleaner/purifiers and whole house humidifiers.

Billy Carlson Heating & A/C, LLC also services existing equipment, such as gas and oil burners as well as hot water heaters.

Billy Carlson is an authorized American Standard dealer. He is also a furnace/boiler replacement/service specialist as well as a residential steam specialist. The company also specializes in residential central A/C system replacements (both duct and ductless) and provides service for both.
